Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to purchases made through Framer Forge, operated by Kaiborg, LLC (doing business as Framer Forge) at framerforge.io.

Digital goods — all sales are final

Everything sold through Framer Forge — marketplace overrides and components, downloadable or unlockable code, and subscriptions — is a digital product delivered instantly. Because access to the code is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable.

This includes:

• Marketplace items (code overrides, components, and similar digital goods), which are unlocked and accessible to you immediately after purchase.
• Subscriptions, which give you access to the Services for the billing period. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

Exceptions

We will honor refunds where they are required by applicable law. In addition, our payment provider, Polar (which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase), may issue a refund under its own buyer policy — for example, to resolve a billing error or to prevent a chargeback. Any such refund is at Polar's discretion and is governed by Polar's terms.

If a refund is issued for any reason, your access to the associated item or feature may be revoked.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.

Problems with a purchase

If something isn't working — for example, an item you purchased won't unlock, or you were charged incorrectly — please reach out and we'll make it right. Contact us at info@kaiborgdesigns.com and include your account email and details of the issue.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The date at the top indicates when it was last updated.
