Privacy Policy

Framer Forge is in private beta. This page is a working draft that will be replaced with a full policy before the public launch. In the meantime, here's what we actually do with your data.
What we collect
- Account info: email address and a hashed password (managed by Supabase Auth — we never see the raw password).
- Generation activity: the prompts you submit, the code we return, and per-month usage counts. Used to enforce tier limits and to show your generation history.
- Billing info: handled entirely by Polar.sh, our merchant of record. We receive your subscription tier and status; we never see card numbers.
Who we share it with
- Anthropic — your prompts are sent to Claude to generate the code. Anthropic does not train on API customer data by default.
- Supabase — hosts our database and authentication.
- Polar — processes payments and handles tax compliance.
- Vercel — hosts the app itself.
What we don't do
- Sell your data to third parties.
- Use your prompts to train models. Anything you generate stays between you, Framer Forge, and Anthropic's API.
- Track you with third-party analytics or advertising pixels in beta.
Your data, your call
You can delete your account at any time. Reach out at hello@kaiborgdesigns.com and we'll wipe your account, generation history, and any personal data within 7 days.
Changes
This policy will be updated and expanded before public launch. Any material changes will be communicated via email to active users.
